		<description><![CDATA[If the CRM strategy is missing, then everything done afterwards in this direction will be negatively affected, no matter the latest technology or the mind blowing features. As a CRM user, I think the second biggest challenge for a software to perform well is the &quot;people&quot; factor. If 1% of its users do not do it right, then it is a strong chance that everyone`s results be affected.

Looking forward for other heads-up advice.]]></description>
