		<description>When I get a customer rep that sounds like he/she is just reading off a teleprompter, I don&#039;t even bother listening and just hang up. Occasionally, I get the customer representative that has some life in their voice, and I patiently wait and let them finish. Although I cannot see it, I can hear the &quot;service with a smile&quot; in their voice, and that makes a big difference. I remember one customer rep that was so cheery and up beat that I can&#039;t help but smile and imagined what good fortune fell on her that day. See ya later.</description>
