The one-hour session will feature presentations from Dr. Natalie Petouhoff, (“Dr. Nat”), senior analyst at Forrester Research and contributor to CRM magazine (see her columns, “The Scientific Reason for CRM Failure, Part 1” and “The Scientific Reason for CRM Failure, Part 2”), and Don Muchow, senior solutions consultant at eGain.

The Webinar will cover how companies can best their competitors in customer service through “innovations in technology, process, and people,” according to eGain.

eGain has been making some recent headlines. Our recent Service Awards issue (April 2008) recognizes eGain as a vendor to watch in the Web Interaction Management category and our sister publication KMWorld magazine selected eGain OnDemand as a 2007 Trendsetting Product.
